Westfield Miranda Redevelopment

Westfield Miranda, the largest shopping centre in Sydney’s south, has recently undergone a $435 million redevelopment, which will act as a blueprint for all future Westfield projects.

G.James’ task was to provide and install 306 glass louvres manufactured from 13.52mm HL119 ToughLam. The louvres create a light filled space throughout the year with ventilation in the warmer months.

Along with the opening of international clothing brands and smaller anchor department stores, the redevelopment places a greater emphasis on fresh food and entertainment with a multi-screen event cinema now added. The project also includes the addition of more than 100 specialty retailers.
